Payroll Assistant with HR Experience – Leicester (LE19)

Ideal Recruit is currently looking for a Payroll Assistant with HR experience to join our team based in the Leicester (LE19) area.

 Location: Leicester, LE19
 Pay rate: £13.95 per hour
⏰ Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Processing weekly and monthly payroll accurately and on time

• Maintaining employee records and updating HR systems

• Assisting with HR administration including new starter and leaver documentation

• Handling employee queries regarding pay, holiday, and absence

• Supporting with compliance, right-to-work checks, and documentation

• Liaising with managers and colleagues to ensure smooth payroll operations

• General office administration duties as required
