HR Systems and Data Advisor

Job Description:

We're looking for a proactive and detail‑focused HR Systems & Data Advisor to join our HR team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and working with HR systems and data.
This temporary role runs from 4 February to 26 June 2026, working 37 hours per week on a hybrid basis split between home and Nottingham City Centre.

Description

• Maintain and update Oracle Fusion HR data
• Support the production of accurate HR reports and management information
• Manage busy HR inboxes, responding to queries promptly
• Contribute to key HR and systems‑related projects
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and smooth HR processes

Profile

• Strong Excel skills and excellent IT capability
• Experience working with HR systems (Oracle Fusion desirable)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidence analysing data and producing reports
• The ability to work independently and support a busy HR function
