Hygiene Manager

Job Description:

Major Recruitment are looking for a Hygiene Manager in Leicester
Initial 3 month with a potential perm role
Salary: 40k p/annum
Weekly hours will be 40 and 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday
Location: Wigston LE18

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and professional approach while working on site.
• Take ownership of KPI's
• Ensure all allocated tasks are completed to the correct frequency & high standard.
• Ensure Supervisors, and support staff operational documentation are fully and correctly completed, e.g. ensuring cleaning sign off records are fully & correctly completed. (This data feeds into KPI and external audit results)
• Take responsibility for the completion of payroll.
• Responsible for recruitment and ISS onboarding.
• Conduct annual Staff Appraisals.
• Attend ISS management monthly & quarterly meetings.
• Attend Client weekly and Monthly Meetings

Competences/Training

• Previous Hygiene Management experience, experience of managing a team, Finance, Payroll, Recruitment.
• H&S Management
• Experience of working in the food industry (Preferred)
• Strong Leadership Skills
• Team Building
• Problem Solver
• Knowledge of cleaning methodology, systems & procedures.
• Staff Appraisal
