Inbound Call Agent – Immediate Start (Temporary)
Location: Nottingham City Centre
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Pay: £12.21 per hour

We are seeking professional, customer-focused Inbound Call Agents to start tomorrow on a temporary basis. You will be handling inbound calls, taking accurate messages and passing these on to the relevant teams. Full training will be provided.

You will need:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• A professional telephone manner

• Strong timekeeping and reliability
