Path2 is delighted to be working with a fantastic nationally recognised company seeking inbound call centre agents in the Derby area to join their expanding operation.
 
*This is a work from home vacancy with no travel to the office required and all equipment will be provided including a laptop*
 
Inbound call centre agents are a vital part of our team and day - day duties will include answering inbound calls dealing with customer queries in a polite and professional manner, logging calls on internal system, booking, rescheduling and logging cancelations and escalating any complaints to the correct department.

Pay:
£25,396 per annum
  
Shifts: 
40 hours per week Monday – Friday between 8am – 8pm
