Industrial Electrician - 4 on 4 off nights

Calling all Industrial Electricians!

My client, who have a full nationwide order book are seeking Leicester LE67 based electricians for ongoing work at one of their clients sites.

The role is offered on a perm basis (preferred) (with future work in the area) or around a 12 month contract period if self employed (Ltd or via Umbrella paid)

Role is working on a 4 on 4 off nights rota - 12 hour shifts 48 hours per week. 

Rates paid are time and a third:-

Perm employed £19 per hour plus a 3rd = £25.33 per hour

Ltd / Umbrella £23 per hour plus a 3rd = £30.66 per hour

Opportunities for overtime are a plenty if wanted above the 48 hours per week (time and half on Saturdays and Double time on Sundays - additional hours not part of the normal 4 on 4 off rota).

Duties are to

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems across clients quarry heavy industrial sites.
Work with MCCs, conveyors, motors, control panels, and instrumentation.
Carry out fault-finding, testing, and inspections to ensure compliance.
Support both planned projects and reactive maintenance work.
Required
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Installation.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
Electricians who have worked on aggregates, mining, steel, oil/gas or similar heavy industry are preferred. Knowledge of control systems, motors, and PLCs (advantageous but not essential). A commitment to safe working practices.
Full UK clean driving licence.
Fully expensed Company Van
