Injection Moulding Technician – Up to £38,000 per annum

Are you an Injection Moulding Technician who loves a challenge, thrives in a busy environment, and knows your way around machines from 22 to 800 tonnes? If precision, variety, and problem-solving fire you up (safely!), you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

A fast-growing manufacturing business producing high-quality industrial and POS components is seeking an experienced Technician to join its talented team. You’ll play a key role in driving performance, quality, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Be Doing

• Setting and operating injection moulding machines and robotic automation systems
• Running tool trials and optimising processes for quality and efficiency
• Using MES systems to keep production flowing smoothly
• Supporting continuous improvement projects and contributing new ideas
• Training and guiding colleagues when needed
• Taking real ownership of your work and contributing to the wider success of the team
