Sales Floor Manager – Leicestershire/Glasgow – Up to, £40,000 Basic + Monthly Bonus

Our client, a well-established provider of professional services and business consultancy, is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Floor Manager to join their high-performing sales team based in Hinckley or Glasgow.

To apply for this role, you’ll need a strong track record in managing high-energy telesales teams and delivering results in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

This hands-on leadership role involves performance management, campaign planning, and creating an energetic, winning culture on the sales floor.

As Inside Sales Floor Manager, your tasks include:

•  Coaching and devloping individuals using GROW and SMART methods
•  Driving daily performance through live floor managment 
• Monitoring KPI's and analysing MI to improve conversion rates
• Implementing new sales incentives to boost motivation and results
• Ensuring CRM data quality and optimising lead generation
