Installation Manager

Job Description:

📍 Nottingham

We're recruiting an Installation Manager to lead and coordinate all signage installation activity for a well-established signage business based in Nottingham.

This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for planning and delivering installations safely, on time, and to a high standard, while managing installation crews and subcontractors.

• Plan, schedule, and oversee signage installation projects from survey to completion

• Lead, train, and manage installation teams and subcontractors

• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards

• Coordinate with Project Management, Fabrication, Sales, and Service teams

• Manage installation costs, productivity, and timelines

• Act as the main point of contact for all field installation activity

• 5+ years' experience in sign installation or field operations

• Previous supervisory or management experience

• Strong knowledge of signage installation methods and site requirements

• Confident reading drawings and site plans

• Safety-focused, organised, and decisive on site

• Key leadership role within a respected signage business

• Varied, fast-paced projects
