What will you be doing?

• Lead and supervise installation teams and subcontractors
• Drive installation quality and adherence to project timelines
• Manage site assets and logistics (e.g. lifting equipment, transport)
• Assemble and install mechanical and electrical systems
• Support commissioning and testing of equipment
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and CDM regulations
• Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
• Support other field operations such as servicing and breakdowns

What do we need from you?

• Time-served apprenticeship or ONC/HNC in mechanical/electrical engineering
• CITB SMSTS or equivalent (training can be provided)
• Working at Heights or FLT licence (training can be provided)
• Strong understanding of electrical design and installation standards
• Experience managing small teams and subcontractors
• Full clean driving licence
