What will you be doing?
- Lead and supervise installation teams and subcontractors
- Drive installation quality and adherence to project timelines
- Manage site assets and logistics (e.g. lifting equipment, transport)
- Assemble and install mechanical and electrical systems
- Support commissioning and testing of equipment
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and CDM regulations
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams
- Support other field operations such as servicing and breakdowns
What do we need from you?
- Time-served apprenticeship or ONC/HNC in mechanical/electrical engineering
- CITB SMSTS or equivalent (training can be provided)
- Working at Heights or FLT licence (training can be provided)
- Strong understanding of electrical design and installation standards
- Experience managing small teams and subcontractors
- Full clean driving licence
