£40,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience) + commission
Full time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Are you an experienced insurance professional who enjoys managing renewals and building strong client relationships? We’re supporting a well-established insurance business in Leicester that’s looking to welcome a confident and organised Insurance Renewals Executive into their growing team.
 
As an Insurance Renewals Executive, you’ll take full ownership of the renewal process from start to finish. This will include reviewing policies, preparing renewal terms, speaking with clients about their options, processing mid-term adjustments, and keeping all records accurate and up to date. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients during the renewal cycle, making sure everything runs smoothly and on time.
 
To succeed in this Insurance Renewals Executive role, you’ll already have experience working within insurance. You’ll be proactive, well organised, and confident when speaking with clients, with a real eye for detail and accuracy.
 
We’re looking for an Insurance Renewals Executive who:
 

• Has experience in insurance renewals or a similar insurance role
• Is confident using Acturis
• Enjoys speaking with clients and providing a high level of service
• Can manage multiple priorities and stay calm when things get busy
