The Opportunity

Reporting into the Finance Manager, this role will take ownership of financial planning, reporting and business partnering activities in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Planning & Business Partnering
- Ownership of P&L, balance sheet and cashflow
- Regular reporting, reforecasting and variance analysis
- Strong business partnering across multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Delivering clear, forward-looking insight with a strong mindset
- Maintaining high-quality reporting
- Managing 1 direct report
- Supporting ad-hoc requests from the Finance Manager and wider stakeholder group
- Full ownership and insight into cost base, including identification and management of risks and opportunities
- Presenting at monthly operational and performance review meetings
- Leading and contributing to business partner meetings across departments
