Interim Part-Time HR Advisor

Job Description:

Part Time HR Advisor (30 hours per week)
FTC - 12 months
Nottingham (suited to candidates in or around NG8/9/10 & surrounding areas)
Onsite working
Up to £40k DOE

- Hours may be slightly reduced initially
- Flexibility to increase to 37.5 hours per week if required
- Open to flexible working arrangements around how hours are worked

Key experience required:
✔ Strong ER background
✔ Standalone HR / SME experience
✔ Sound knowledge of employment law and compliance
✔ Payroll processing & recruitment
✔ Process improvement experience
✔ CIPD qualified (desirable)

This will be a phased start, ideally with someone joining in March, beginning on reduced hours during a handover period.
