Inventory Operative

Job Description:

Inventory Operative roles available working Days Monday to Friday for an award winning global document storage company on a client site based in Coventry with good transport links, free parking onsite, at least 3-6 months work!!  As our client is delivering services in the supply chain to MOD defence projects they have a genuine occupational requirement for the role to be open to UK nationals only.

Hours & Shifts:  Monday to Friday 7.45am-3.45pm (0745-1545)
Pay Rate: £12.96 per hour

As Inventory Operative you will be working in a warehouse/ office environment within their client’s site in Coventry undertaking any of the following tasks:

• Working in the scanning bureau scanning confidential documents (A4 and A3 documents)
• Keying in information from documents into a spreadsheet
• Scanning and logging deliveries
• Picking items in the warehouse 
• Light lifting of boxes 
• Barcode labelling of boxes and items and logging locations 

We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following:

• Warehouse Operative experience with good administration skills
• Good PC skills
• Good keyboarding skills
• Full training will be provided
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a targeted environment
• Good dexterity

 
The  role requires candidates to undergo a basic DBS check and provide verifiable employment/ education history as part of the process due to the nature of the client. This is free of charge as Meridian Business Support cover the cost.
