It Support Engineer

Job Description:

Role: IT Support Executive
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire - potential for occasional hybrid working, and travel to other sites within the Company may be required
Hours: Full Time: 42.5 hours per week Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay: £36,000

We’re seeking an experienced IT professional to join our client’s business: a group of car dealerships specialising in a high volume of used car sales.

The Role:
Providing day-to-day technical support, resolving issues efficiently
Assisting with system maintenance, troubleshooting and software updates
Supporting hardware installations, updates and configuration across multiple sites
Monitor and resolve helpdesk tickets
Liaise with third-party IT support
Support the business in the implementation and integration of AI technologies
Provide remote cover on weekends when required

The Requirements:
Previous experience in an IT Support or Systems role
Strong technical skills across hardware & software, network systems
Excellent problem-solving skills
Confident working independently
Professional, with strong communication and teamwork skills
Motor Trade experience would be highly beneficial - experience in IT support within a Car Dealer network
