IT Trainer
Permanent or 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
3 days office / 2 days working from home per week

Are you an IT Trainer with law firm experience looking for an exciting new position?

Covering the position of IT Trainer, you will be providing high-level IT training for the needs of the business, including remote and onsite training within a leading UK law firm.

The role only requires you to be in the office 3 days per week with the rest working from home, giving you a great work/life balance!

Responsibilities

Creating training material, preparing, and delivering training to internal users. This will include involvement in Firm-wide rollouts, new starter induction training, as well as the continuing development of Firm employees.

Essential skills

• Must have experience of working as an IT Trainer in a law firm
• Must have experience with legal specific applications e.g. iManage, NetDocuments etc
• Experience of all Microsoft Office applications, in particular, MS Word
• eLearning training tools - creating eLearning training for users
• Ability to deliver training to staff at all levels within the organisation, and with varying degrees of technical ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
