This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding architectural practice who provide their expertise to residential and commercial projects. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, job running Architectural Technician to join their team in Nottingham.

Duties for the role of Job Runner:

• Manage and deliver residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications
• Carry out site visits to ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and other external and internal team members

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Job Runner:

• Relevant degree within Architecture
• Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD
• Strong post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
• Experience managing projects across the residential and commercial sectors
• Working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Job running experience is essential
• Strong technical and design skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Nottingham area
