Location: Leicester
Salary: Up to £42,000

Aztrum is working with a well-established architectural practice based in Leicester, known for delivering high-quality projects across the retail and commercial sectors. Due to a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Job Running Architect to take ownership of live projects from design development through to completion.

This role would suit an Architect confident running projects independently, coordinating consultants, and delivering technically robust schemes within a fast-paced studio environment.

Key Responsibilities – Job Running Architect

• Manage projects from design development through to construction and handover
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
• Produce and coordinate detailed design and technical packages using Revit
• Lead the coordination of planning, technical, and construction information
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality standards
• Attend design team meetings and site meetings as required
• Support junior team members where necessary

Requirements – Job Running Architect

• ARB-registered Architect
• Proven experience in a job-running role within UK architectural practice
• Strong Revit proficiency (essential)
• Experience delivering retail projects is highly desirable
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of UK Building Regulations
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
