Job Running Architectural Technician

Up to £45,000 DOE

Aztrum is delighted to announce a new partnership with a well-established and growing architectural practice based in Leicestershire. My client is looking to appoint a Job Running Architectural Technician to take ownership of projects through the technical and delivery stages, playing a key role in the successful execution of live schemes.

• Run projects from post-planning through to completion
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and specialist teams
• Produce and manage detailed technical drawing packages in Revit
• Lead technical coordination and resolve on-site technical issues
• Manage programme, budget, and quality throughout delivery
• Act as a key point of contact for clients during delivery stages
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, planning conditions, and industry standards
• Attend site meetings and support projects through construction and handover
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members

• Proven experience running projects independently across RIBA Stages 3–6
• Strong Revit experience
• Retail project experience is desirable
• Excellent technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
• Confident communicator with consultants, contractors, and clients
• Ability to manage multiple live projects and deadlines
