Joiner/Multi Trade

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Joiner/Multi Trade to work on a temp to perm contract for a well-established housing association in Nottingham. The role is working on both tenanted and void properties, with a company van and fuel card supplied from day one!

For this Joiner/Multi Trade role you will be responsible for:

• 2nd fix joinery such as hanging doors, kitchen fitting, skirting boards
• 2nd fix plumbing
• Finishing skills like plastering, tiling, fencing

The right Joiner/Multi Trade will have:

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Joinery
• Social housing experience
• Clean and valid UK driving license

In return, the Joiner/Multi Trade will get:

• £21 per hour (CIS or PAYE payment basis available)
• Company van and fuel card
• Option to go permanent if desired
• Extra earnings with call-our rota
• Long term work
• ASAP start
