We are looking for a Junior Buyer to join our Engineering Support Services (ESS) Spares team in Kettering, supporting parts ordering and supplier coordination across the business.

What you will be doing:

• Processing parts requests for field engineers and internal teams
• Raising and chasing orders to ensure parts arrive on time
• Processing sales orders and sending order confirmations
• Creating and maintaining part numbers and supplier details
• Helping resolve delivery issues, shortages, and supplier queries

What we are looking for:

• Some experience in administration, purchasing, supply chain, or a similar role (engineering experience helpful but not essential)
• Good organisation skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
• Keen to learn and develop within a procurement environment
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to visit other sites occasionally
