Job Description:
Role: Vehicle Progressor - Junior Sales Executive
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Hours: Full Time: 42.5 hours per week. 5 days out of 7
Pay: £30,000
We’re seeking an organised and proactive Vehicle Progressor at a large independent Used Car Supermarket. With an average of 550–600 fully prepped vehicles on-site.

The Role:
- Managing daily appointments and coordinating the sales team to ensure all vehicles are cleaned, prepped, and ready to be viewed
- Liaising with Sales, Valeting, and the Prep Centre to make sure sold vehicles are ready for customer handover
- Overseeing the smooth running of the showroom and supporting the sales process, working closely with sales controllers to maximise every opportunity
- Handling any aftersales issues professionally and efficiently
- Checking in all new stock arriving from the Prep Centre, ensuring vehicles meet our high preparation standards before going on sale

- A highly organised, detail-driven individual who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with multiple departments
- A hands-on, proactive approach with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- A confident team player who can take responsibility and drive results
- Full UK driving licence required
