Junior Project Manager

Job Description:

As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of projects across the business. Working closely with senior project managers and stakeholders, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience and exposure to diverse projects while learning industry best practices and project methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities and milestones.
• Coordinate between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and deliverables, escalating issues where necessary.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Support senior project managers with day-to-day project operations and administration.

Requirements:

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project tools such as MS Project or Trello is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively under pressure.
• Degree in Business, Management, IT, or a related discipline preferred.
• Up to 2 years’ experience in an office or project-based environment desirable, but graduates with the right mindset are encouraged to apply.
