Role: Junior Project Manager
Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 Plus Hybrid Working, 38 Days Holiday, Generous Pension Scheme, Healthcare
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire

A forward-thinking organisation is delivering a range of digital and automation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency, service delivery, and internal processes.

As Junior Project Manager, you’ll support the delivery of these programmes, working closely with senior leadership and technical teams while gaining exposure to high-impact transformation work and clear progression into a Project Manager role.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of digital and automation projects from initiation through to completion
• Coordinate activities across stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners
• Track project progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure delivery stays on track
• Prepare reports, updates, and documentation for governance and leadership teams
• Act as a central point of coordination across multiple workstreams
• Support stakeholder engagement and ensure clear communication throughout delivery

Requirements

• Experience supporting or coordinating projects within digital, IT, or transformation environments
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels
• Proactive approach to problem solving and delivery
• Basic understanding of digital, data, or automation concepts
• Familiarity with structured project methodologies such as PRINCE2

Desirable

• PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification
• Exposure to Agile delivery environments
• Experience working in structured or regulated environments
• Understanding of governance, reporting, and project controls
