Junior Service Technician

Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen within this leading, Hinckley based manufacturing company for a Junior Service Technician due to ongoing growth in its aerospace, automotive, medical and engineering marketplaces.

THE ROLE

As the Junior Service Technician, you will be responsible for the mechanical and electrical build, integration, and test of technical systems. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with multi-disciplinary skills and a high attention to detail, working in a production and R&D environment. Responsibilities include:

• Mechanical build 
• Assembly 
• Electrical wiring and assembly
• Repair
• Product development

THE PERSON

In order to succeed in the role of the Junior Service Technician you will need a mechanical skillset with some electrical/wiring appreciation. This role is based in the workshop but would suit and ex service, workshop, maintenance engineer or similar thats is very hands on. This is a very varied role offering excellent opportunites to develop within a growing business.
