The role

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Support onboarding for new clients and users
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
• Communicate updates to customers through email, phone and live chat.
• Assist internal teams with general ad hoc administration 
• Processing and managing documentation in line with legislative guidelines.

The candidate 

• Strong attention to detail for managing data and documenting interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritise workloads.
• Excellent communicator who enjoys working in a team and individual
• Eager to learn, grow, and build a career in fintech
• Ability to use own initiative
