Key Account Manager - The Role:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their goals and challenges.
Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clear communication, timely support and tailored solutions.
Identify opportunities for growth and deliver strategies that drive mutual success.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and exceed client expectations.
Monitor performance, forecast sales and provide regular updates to leadership.
Conduct contract renewals, site visits and safety checks to ensure quality and compliance.
Stay informed about market trends to keep services competitive and relevant.
Work from either Stafford, Derby or Warrington offices (with hybrid working available after probation).
