Salary: £30,000 basic + uncapped commission (£45,000–£60,000+ OTE)
Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent, Mon–Fri: 9:00am – 4:00pm, Sat: 9:00am – 2:00pm, Sun: Closed

About the Role

This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to manage customer projects from initial consultation through to full installation, working with warm showroom leads and high-quality products. If you can sell, you can earn,  this position offers genuine, uncapped earning potential for motivated, results-driven sales designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers into the showroom and guide them through the design and product selection process
• Design and present creative, functional kitchen and bathroom solutions using CAD software
• Prepare detailed quotations, manage follow-ups, and confidently close sales
• Manage projects from concept through to installation, liaising with installers and suppliers
• Conduct field-based home surveys as required
• Assist with showroom operations, including deliveries and general upkeep
• Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team

Requirements / Skills:

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in kitchen and/or bathroom sales
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience using CAD design software
• Competent with Microsoft Office
• Confident communicator with strong rapport-building skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and target-driven
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
• Team player with strong organisational skills
