We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a talented and flexible KS1/KS2 Class Teacher to join our welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Leicestershire from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for someone who enjoys teaching across the primary phase and is passionate about high-quality, inclusive education.

About the Role
We are looking for a teacher who is confident teaching in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 and is open to placement depending on school need, experience, and strengths. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning, maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement, and contributing to a positive and engaging school culture.
You will work as part of a dedicated phase team, with access to excellent planning support and shared resources. There may also be opportunities to take on subject responsibilities or lead initiatives, depending on experience.
This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs). A full induction and mentoring programme will be provided for ECTs.

What We’re Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A sound understanding of either the Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 curriculum (and willingness to teach either phase if required)
A creative, inclusive approach to teaching that supports all learners
High expectations for pupil achievement and behaviour
Strong classroom management and effective teaching strategies
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships
A reflective, team-oriented approach to professional development
A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
