Job Description:

KS1/KS2 Class Teacher
Location: Leicestershire
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience)

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a talented and flexible KS1/KS2 Class Teacher to join our welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Leicestershire from September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for someone who enjoys teaching across the primary phase and is passionate about high-quality, inclusive education.

About the School

Our school is a vibrant, community-centred setting where every child is known, valued, and supported. We are proud of our inclusive ethos, high expectations, and strong team spirit. Located in the heart of Leicestershire, our school benefits from strong links with parents, governors, and the wider community.

We deliver a broad and balanced curriculum that encourages curiosity, independence, and ambition. Whether in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, pupils are supported by a nurturing team of staff who work collaboratively to ensure that every child has the opportunity to succeed and thrive.

About the Role

We are looking for a teacher who is confident teaching in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 and is open to placement depending on school need, experience, and strengths. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning, maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement, and contributing to a positive and engaging school culture.

You will work as part of a dedicated phase team, with access to excellent planning support and shared resources. There may also be opportunities to take on subject responsibilities or lead initiatives, depending on experience.

This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs). A full induction and mentoring programme will be provided for ECTs.
