Learner Engagement Advisor

Job Description:

We're working with a respected, long-standing training provider in the East Midlands. Known for its learner-focused ethos and "Good" Ofsted rating, they deliver high-quality vocational and apprenticeship programmes that change lives and improve communities.

They're now seeking a Learner Engagement Advisor to support learner recruitment and onboarding across their full-time and apprenticeship provision. This role would suit someone with transferable experience in recruitment, customer service or education. Someone confident in interviews, well-organised, and passionate about helping people take their next step would be an ideal fit for this role.

You'll be part of a close-knit team engaging learners, guiding them onto the right path, and ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.

Package:

• £22,500 - £27,000 Salary
• 26 days annual leave + Bank holidays
