What you’ll do
Manage a home providing care and support to people diagnosed with various learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. You'll provide strong leadership and clear direction to the care team, ensuring the highest standards of care and regulatory compliance.
Maintain excellent relationships with residents, families, staff and external professionals. Manage budgets, staffing and resources effectively, promoting a positive, inclusive culture that reflects your values.
What you’ll need
Proven experience managing a residential care home
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
In-depth knowledge of regulations and standards
You'll also need strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, and a genuine passion for improving the lives of people with learning disabilities.
