Salary: £100-£110 per day (depending on experience)

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a dedicated and proactive Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a thriving secondary school in Kettering. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them achieve their full potential.

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4

• Assist teaching staff in managing the classroom and delivering engaging lessons

• Support students with additional learning or emotional needs

• Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and progress in learning

• Act as a qualified First Aider, providing immediate support when required and helping maintain a safe school environment

• Previous experience working with young people in a school or similar setting

• First Aid qualification (essential)

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Patient, adaptable, and committed to supporting student development

• Able to work effectively as part of a team and use initiative when required
