Location: Nottingham (NG2)
Daily Rate: £90 - £105 per day
Days: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
Role Type: Full-Time, Long Term to Permanent
Start Date: September 2025 (Interviews/Trial Days Asap)

A welcoming and well-connected secondary school in the Nottingham (NG2) area is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team from September 2025. The school currently has around 900 students enrolled and is part of a well-established multi-academy trust, offering excellent support, resources, and development opportunities for staff.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support students with additional learning needs in a collaborative and forward-thinking school environment. This full-time role offers a blend of classroom support, one-to-one intervention, and small group work.

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with special educational needs (SEN)
• Supporting students under the guidance of subject teachers
• Delivering planned learning activities tailored to individual needs
• Promoting independent learning and inclusive classroom practices
• Offering constructive feedback to help students make progress

We're Looking for Someone Who:

• Has prvious experience in an educational setting (essential)
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of SEN and student support strategies
• Holds a current, enhanced DBS certificate (or is willing to apply for one)
