Contract: Full-time / Part-time (term-time only)
Salary: £90-£100 per day (depending on experience)

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support pupils across a well-regarded school in the Kettering area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and make meaningful progress in the classroom.

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with varying learning needs.

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.

• Help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

• Support pupils with SEN, behavioural needs, or additional learning requirements.

• Implement individual learning plans and contribute to progress tracking.

• Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils and staff.

• Previous experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable groups.

• A patient, resilient, and nurturing approach.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to different learning needs.

• A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one through Tradewind.
