This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected law firm as a Legal Finance & Admin Assistant, handling the day-to-day accounts function and providing vital administrative support.
Managing daily accounts operations, including bank reconciliations
Processing client and supplier payments
Making payments to third parties and ensuring accuracy in all transactions
Handling both Office and Client accounts, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Maintaining accurate records and assisting with general office administration
Following best practice in cyber security and compliance (training provided)
Experience in a finance/accounts role ideally within a legal environment, bookkeeping, or credit control
Confident in making payments and understanding Office vs Client account processes
Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail
Solid, stable career background with a track record of reliability
Proactive, organised and comfortable working independently
Awareness of cyber security practices (training will be provided)
Salary up to £28,000 pro rata
