What you'll be doing

The role will involve:

• Meeting and greeting clients in Reception
• Copying and scanning ID 
• Supporting the business with administration duties
• Attending to clients’ enquiries in reception and by telephone
• Taking telephone messages
• Taking information from prospective and new clients to pass on to fee earners
• Undertaking audio typing of legal documents and correspondence
• Organising and booking meeting rooms for client meetings
• Diary management 

Who we're looking for:

Suitable candidates are likely to have:

• Previous experience as a legal receptionist for a law firm
• Typing skills
• Sound administration experience including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Great communication skills

This is a full time permanent job, which is fully office based, working 36.25 hours week Monday to Friday.

• Up to 32 days' annual leave made up of 20 days’ entitlement, plus 8 bank holidays plus your birthday off and additional leave over the Christmas shutdown period (2-3 days at directors’ discretion)
