Are you a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in primary schools?
We are recruiting Teaching Assistants for supply, part-time, and long-term roles across primary and infant schools in Northamptonshire and surrounding areas, including Rugby.

This role is ideal for TAs seeking flexibility, varied experience, or longer-term placements.

The Role

Supporting teaching and learning in primary and infant classrooms

One-to-one and small group support

Day-to-day, part-time, and long-term assignments available

Travel across Northamptonshire and Rugby - driving essential

Requirements

✔ Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification
✔ Experience in UK schools
✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
✔ Reliable, adaptable, and caring
