Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a committed and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support a welcoming school in the Kettering area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced TA looking to make a positive impact on pupils' learning and development.

• Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of lessons

• Working with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning

• Assisting with classroom preparation and resources

• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required

• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement

• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

• Previous experience working in a school setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A patient, nurturing and proactive approach

• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
