Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Booking and coordinating domestic and international shipments
- Preparing and checking essential shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, etc.)
- Communicating with freight providers and tracking deliveries
- Supporting internal teams with delivery updates and freight queries
- Ensuring all records and documentation are accurate and compliant
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in logistics, freight, or administrative support roles
- Strong attention to detail and great organisational skills
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
