Logistics Administrator
Nottingham (Hybrid / Remote)
6 Month Contract | Inside IR35
£27,000 - £30,000 Pro Rata | Immediate Start | Extension Highly Likely

Immediate requirement for a proactive Logistics Administrator to support end-to-end shipping and warehouse coordination for a busy operation based in Nottingham.

This is a fast-paced, communication-heavy role working closely with 3PL providers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure goods are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.

The Role

• Coordinate goods collection, outbound shipping & cross-docking
• Liaise with 3PL partners for pickups, ETAs, and delivery updates
• Maintain shipping logs, proof of delivery (POD), and tracking records
• Monitor inbound/outbound POs and project stock levels
• Maintain accurate warehouse and logistics documentation
• Proactively escalate delays or shipment issues

The Person

• Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain admin
• Strong Microsoft Office & Excel skills
• Confident communicator across multiple stakeholders
• Highly organised and able to work under pressure
• Team Player
• Proactive and solutions-focused
