Full Time role, Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm (37.5 hrs)

Are you a detail-focused Logistics Coordinator looking for your next challenge? My client, a growing business in Leicestershire, is looking for a proactive Logistics Coordinator to join their busy operations team.
 
As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of day-to-day operations - building client relationships, planning schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly. You’ll thrive in a role where every day is different, and where your problem-solving skills and organisation really make a difference.
 
Key Responsibilities of the Logistics Co-ordinator role:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through partnership working, regular reviews, and ongoing service improvements
• Coordinate and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring systems, processes, and service levels meet client needs
• Oversee logistics in real time, planning routes, scheduling vehicles, and responding quickly to any changes or escalations
• Prepare and monitor quotes for client moves, ensuring timely responses and accurate resource allocation
• Carry out site surveys and risk assessments to support accurate quotations and safe, efficient delivery of projects

 
The Ideal Logistics Co-ordinator:

• Previous experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a transport/logistics/account manager role
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
