Job Description:

Process Operatives – Permanent Positions
Location: Melton Mowbray
Salary: £29,300 per annum
Shifts: 2 weeks Days, 2 weeks Nights

• Week 1: 5 days (Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat, Sun)
• Week 2: 2 days (Wed and Thurs)

Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts (07:00-19:00 / 19:00-07:00)
Start Date: Immediate

We are looking for  Machine / Process Operatives to join our growing team in Melton Mowbray. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with machining or manufacturing experience, looking for a stable and well-paid role with opportunities for career progression. If you have a background in manufacturing but no prior experience in this specific role, don’t worry – full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure smooth production.
• Handle raw materials and manage production flow.
• Perform packing and quality control checks.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous machining or manufacturing experience.
• Reliable and hardworking team players.
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 25kg).
