Mould Shop Manager – Injection Moulding
Salary: £42,000–£48,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week – daytime shift only

A well-established plastics manufacturer in Leicester is seeking a confident, hands-on Mould Shop Manager to oversee its injection moulding operations. If you enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and motivating a team, this could be your next step.

What You Will Be Doing

You will lead a team of twenty-two employees across daytime operations, ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and to a consistently high standard. You will champion training, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement, working closely with senior management and other departments to keep everything running smoothly.

• Strong knowledge of injection moulding processes
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Confidence in managing people, quality, and workflow
• A positive, steady approach with the drive to make improvements
