Job Description:

• Monthly Maintenance Extract
• Plan Maintenance Jobs on to the Simpro Calendars
• Email Customers to Book Maintenance Visit (attempt 1)
• Call Customers to chase / confirm visit date suitable (attempt 2)
• Email Customers to advise there visit has been closed down due to no response
• Close down completed Maintenance jobs
  • Send customer Job Report and Certificate
  • Enter completion date / failure reasons
• Book contractors for Maintenance jobs
• Monitor engineers working days and allocated more or reduce work load where needed
• Monthly NSI Reports
• Cancellations
• Monthly Invoice Extract
• Email invoices to customers
• Respond to all customer queries in regard to maintenances and invoice renewals
