ROLE: Maintenance/Compliance Administrator
LOCATION: Barrow Mine, LE12 area
HOURS: Part-time (16 hours per week, flexible over agreed days)
PAY: £12.21 per hour during 1-month trial, increasing to £14.38 per hour
Frontline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client based at Barrow Mine, who is looking to hire a reliable Maintenance/Compliance Administrator to support their engineering and health & safety operations.
This is a temporary part-time role with the potential to become permanent following a successful trial period.

THE ROLE
- Provide administrative support for the site’s maintenance scheduling and documentation
- Organise and update maintenance records, job schedules, and compliance reports
- Assist in coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities
- Liaise with maintenance teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure work is completed efficiently
- Monitor health & safety compliance and maintain accurate documentation for audits
- Support the preparation of safety inspections and follow-up on compliance actions
- Update SharePoint, risk reduction matrix, and H&S KPIs
- Train on and utilise SAP for ordering parts and managing data
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in maintenance or compliance
- Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems
- Awareness of health & safety and compliance procedures
- Able to work independently and communicate effectively with internal teams
- Experience with maintenance systems or compliance documentation is desirable
- Familiarity with ISO standards is a bonus but not essential
