Maintenance Engineer - Days
Salary: £37,000 - £41,000
Shift: Days
Location: Gedling, Nottingham
We're partnering with a fast-moving processing business to help them find a Maintenance Engineer to join their expanding engineering team. The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for carrying out a mix of planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on a variety of electrical and mechanical systems. The Maintenance Engineer will respond to breakdowns but also play a proactive role in continuous improvement projects, root cause investigations, and overall equipment efficiency enhancements. The Maintenance Engineer will work closely with production and other departments to minimise downtime and maintain smooth operations.
Skills required for the Maintenance Engineer:
- Multi skilled either bias
- Strong Mechanical and Electrical Skills
- Must have an engineering qualification
- Industrial/ Manufacturing Background
- Experience carrying out PPMS and attending Breakdowns
