This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a high-performing engineering team and support critical manufacturing operations with a focus on proactive maintenance and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing

• Routine maintenance and problem-solving of recurring faults
• Driving down engineering downtime
• Ensuring machinery is maintained to a high standard

What we're looking for:

• Time-served Engineering Apprenticeship (ideal)
• Mechanical bias with electrical competence
• Experience in Food / FMCG / Packaging is advantageous
• Strong communication and organisational skills
