Job Description:

This role offers a routine that keeps your work varied and your weekends free with a rotating shift pattern. This role offers further development, training and upskilling and is supported with an excellent salary of £57,000 - £60,000, plus 8% pension match and industry leading benefits. The position is based near to the area of Lutterworth, working with an internationally respected manufacturer who have multiple sites across the UK and is headquartered in Europe.

• Week 1 Days (Monday - Thursday) - 05:50 - 18:00
• Week 2 Nights (Monday - Thursday) - 17:50 - 06:00
• Week 3 Days (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) 6:00 - 1800 and Saturday 6:00 15:00)
• Salary of £57,000 - £60000

Key responsibilities as Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer:

• Responsible for plant wide Electrical and Mechanical breakdowns, fault finding & repairing manufacturing machinery - Process control Systems, conveyors, presses, extruders, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, invertors and safety circuits
• Implementing & supporting rapid breakdown fault finding & rectification
• Assisting with the focussed improvement team
• Experience with basic fault finding on PLCs

What you need to apply as a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer:

• Maintenance Engineer experience recognised Mechanical / Electrical Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 Engineering or City & Guilds Level 3, BTEC Level 3 in Engineering or Naric / Enic Conversion
• Ability to trouble shoot & repair plant equipment & machinery
• Strong background in planned and reactive mechanical maintenance within manufacturing
• Experience of working within a maintenance capacity as a Mechanical or Electrical Technician in a production environment
