We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established team in Lutterworth. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and machinery within the industrial/manufacturing sector.

Description

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on industrial equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues efficiently.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are carried out in line with health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the engineering team to improve machinery reliability.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any concerns.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and equipment performance.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimise downtime.

Profile

A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:

• Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.
• Experience working within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

Job Offer

• £42,600 per annum.
• Monday - Friday Days - 07:30 - 16:00
• 1 in 4 weeks on call paid at a premium
