Maintenance Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our key client in Corby.

The ideal candidate will be mechanically biased and have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role to cover all maintenance across the manufacturing facility working on a multitude of machines and equipment

Key Responsibilities:

• The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the undertaking routine and pre-planned maintenance, responding to emergency repairs, diagnosing faults and issues and repairing any equipment
• Create and undertake Maintenance records and procedures
• Ordering components, fixtures and stock supplies ready for any maintenance jobs necessary
• Maintaining a variety of machines, mechanical systems, hydraulic equipment and any kiln knowledge would be beneficial

Key Attributes:

• At least 5 years' experience in a Maintenance Engineer or Service Engineer role
• Experience in Maintaining and repairing mechanical machinery, systems or hydraulic equipment
• Any experience in wiring or electrical maintenance is ideal
• 18th Edition Wiring regulations experience is desirable
